Nurse tries to find evidence she can use to stop the manager from harming her imaginary daughter and finds a picture of a credit card of a senator.

Nurse tries to convince someone that Vinnie has been harming her and others, but she doesn't succeed at first.

So Nurse tries to convince her friend Eddie, and Mitch, who is asking for directions, that Vinnie is up to something and is harming her and her daughter, but they won’t listen.

Nurse tries to persuade a delirious man named Greg, who comes down her alley and needs help, that Vinnie has been stealing her daughter’s dolls and then putting them back and that Vinnie is up to something because he had a picture of a senator’s credit card in his dumpster, and the man gets worked up and she has to calm him down and ask him not to talk till he feels better.

Nurse tries to aid Eddie who has called over for help, and she hears the mobsters say they want to eliminate him because he knows too much.

Nurse tries to save Eddie, but she can’t get to him before he is thrown down a laundry shoot and dies.

Nurse tries to explain things at the hospital, but she loses it and her friends get her to go with a doctor.

Nurse, feeling better and back on the alley, tries to get anyone who knows anything about Vinnie to speak up, including Greg who explains Vinnie’s identity theft operation, but Mitch pulls up in a car from Vinnie with blood dripping from the trunk and is chased by cassino guards.

Nurse tries to mobilize those who believe her about Vinnie, and Vinnie is quite resourceful.

Nurse tries to protect Mitch by hiding him in her shack and manages to convince the guards that he couldn’t be there, and she learns from Mitch that Vinnie was trying to set him up for the murder of an undercover FBI agent.

Nurse tries to get her friends to help Mitch, but they are reluctant until they hear that Mitch saved Greg from suicide.

Nurse tries to expose Vinnie by helping her friends steal others’ identity and convincing Vinnie’s uncle, owner of the cassino Vinnie manages, that it will all be pinned on him and his casino and so he needs to turn on Vinnie, which he does, but Vinnie decides to get even with Nurse and her friends.

Nurse tries to trap Vinnie with her friends and manages to do so, and she doesn’t quite understand when he says, as he is dying, that he hasn’t been trying to poison them.
